"They canceled my home owners because of branches, which I corrected. Refused my monthly premium two months, August and September of 2024. Said they couldn't accept it and that I had no coverage. Now Mark is trying to milk $350.77 out of me for those two months. The women in the office told me numerous times to disregard it and then lied to the billing department when asked about it. That's right they lied."
